Nurses deliver skilled nursing to infants, children, adults, elderly and those with complex medical needs. These Nursing services are available on an, long-term, or hourly basis up to 24-hours of care. Nurses provide an array of in-home supports designed to ensure the highest level of independence and prevent acute or chronic complications.

Our private duty nurses provide services and supports through Medicaid – Including Big Sky Waiver, EPSDT, and SDMI Waiver. We also provide services approved by worker’s compensations, Private Pay Services, and some insurance companies will cover In-Home Nursing. We offer Nursing services in Billings, Great Falls, and Missoula. Our Nursing services individualize your plan of care to give you the independence that you desire and quality of life that you deserve.

Brain and Spinal Cord Care:
Acquiring or sustaining a brain or spinal cord injury can be devastating to an individual, their family, and their loved ones. Life changes dramatically when these injuries occur, and the changes may be temporary or permanent. Our licensed nurses provide an individualized care plan to meet your in-home care needs. They work diligently to ensure the highest level of independence while preventing acute or chronic complications.

Pediatric Specialty:
We provide up to 24-hour/day care to pediatric members with illnesses or disabilities. Nurses provide tracheostomy care, colostomy care, feeding tube management, medication management, aspiration monitoring, education, and an array of other skilled services to meet the child’s needs. Additionally, our nurses pride themselves on creating individualized care plans and implementing all orders and therapies in daily activities with your family.

Diabetes Management and Care:
Our nurses provide an array of in-home diabetic support from medication management and insulin therapy to diabetic nail care. We provide education and prevention of complications related to diabetes.

Ventilator and Tracheotomy Care and Management:
We offer 24-hour/day care to support members requiring ventilation support. Our nurses provide routine tracheostomy care and suctioning. Nurses will assess, monitor, educate, and deliver medications and treatments as ordered from your physician.

Urinary and Bowel Care Management:
Our qualified nurses can manage and perform consistent bowel care regimes as well as Foley or suprapubic catheter changes monthly or as needed.

Chronic Wound Care:
You are provided in-home chronic wound care management following your primary care provider’s orders. We also collaborate with your primary care provider and/or wound care clinic to ensure you are getting the best wound care and on-going monitoring of skin integrity.

Medication Management:
Our nurses provide daily, weekly, and monthly support for your medication management needs.

Private duty nurses allow for loved ones to live at home while receiving the care they require. They complement traditional in-home caregivers and give family members extra peace of mind.
