Caring is at the heart of our goal to maintain children and adolescents in their homes and communities. In-home support teams include a masters level child and family therapist, a case manager, and a one-on-one support specialist who will work directly with a child. We build individualized plans of care that are designed by families using the strengths that already exist in the family system.
